Thin lemon cookies
Thin, fragile and melting cookies in chocolate... Well, isn't that a taste of the holiday?

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Dark chocolate

  • Coconut shavings

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Salt

    1 pinch

Cooking

Butter beat with a mixer to it, enter the sugar, zest and vanilla sugar. Mix well.

Then enter the egg and sifted flour and baking powder.

On a baking sheet covered with parchment using a pastry bag formable biscuits. Bake at 170-175° in the oven for 10-12 minutes.

Dip the cooled cookies in melted chocolate (to do it very carefully. because cookies are sooooo fragile), sprinkle coconut flakes. Give the chocolate to harden and serve.
