Mix both kinds of flour, baking powder, ginger, sugar, raisins and diced Apple. In another bowl, mix melted margarine, milk (can be soy milk - fewer calories) and the egg. Mix the contents of both cups, knead the dough, pour into muffin tin.
Bake in a preheated 180*C oven for 20-25 minutes. The cooled muffins, sprinkle with icing sugar.
