Cooking
First will wash banks, will abdalim boiling water and wipe dry! Clean gogoshary.I cut them in segments...not thin,somewhere in the 2-3 cm
In the prepared jars put 1 tbsp. spoon of honey and a few cloves of garlic.

Oops...Forgot...In a separate pan I vegetable oil which should be a good warm up, and then you can leave it on low heat
