Chicken kebabs with zucchini
Chicken is a wonderful product. It is tasty and is dietary. And with the help of marinade can get a brand new taste. Today we have a marinade based on soy sauce, cilantro and garlic. For a side dish you can serve rice or couscous. Dinner without a side dish.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    400 g

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Lime

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sauce

    0.5 tsp

Chicken fillet cut into pieces the same.

For the marinade mix in a blender with the cilantro, garlic, sauce-chili, Kikkoman soy sauce, lime juice and olive oil.

To marinate the chicken, put in a bag and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Zucchini cut into thin slices. Blanch 30 seconds in boiling salted water. Then remove and dry on paper towels.

Each piece of chicken, wrap a ribbon of zucchini and strung on skewers, pre-soaked in water.

Bake in the oven on the grill for 20 minutes at 180 degrees, if you want to tender steamed meat. If you like drier, soak for another 5-10 minutes. Before serving, leave the kebabs for 5 minutes, covered with foil.
