Description
Tender juicy pieces of fish in a spicy sauce, served with steamed rice and greens. The recipe is very simple and fast. It is important to prepare all ingredients in advance to cut because as soon as the oil in the wok hot enough, the process will go very quickly and intensively, and your meal will be ready in a few minutes.

1. Onion cut into small sticks, pepper into cubes, garlic and ginger chopped.
2. Peel shrimps, remove the dorsal vein fish fillet cut into cubes.
3. Mix all ingredients for sauce except the cornstarch.
4. Heat the oil in a wok and on high heat fry green onions and ginger.
5. Add pepper and cook, stirring, another two minutes. Then add the finely chopped garlic and stir.
6. Add fish and shrimp (if using) and cook 3 minutes.
