English muffin
Honestly, nothing special, just a regular yeast dough, but for some reason, baked in the form for cupcakes, muffins are soft inside and crispy outside.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    80 g

Mix flour with dry yeast, salt and sugar. In warm milk dissolve the oil. All mix until a homogeneous dough (not thick), put in a warm place for 20 minutes. Then with a spoon spread into a greased muffin
