Rolls of pork in Japanese
Very tender, juicy meat with sour-sweet filling and delicate aroma of spices. The idea from Jamie Oliver.

Ingredients

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Drain

    100 g

  • Anis

    1 piece

  • Ginger

    1 Tbsp

  • Carnation

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Ginger shred (grate or finely chop) and fry one minute in vegetable oil along with anise and cloves.

Take plum I have frozen, cut into pieces measuring about 1 cm was Put plum to ginger, add sugar, water (I melted the juice from the plums) and simmer everything for 2 minutes.
