Cooking
For preparation, you can take any non-bony fish, red or white. I took pink. Fish clean, cut into fillets, cut into pieces (I have 2 to 3 cm).
All the vegetables pre-wash, peel, cut. Zucchini and onions - half rings, sweet pepper and carrot - thin strips, garlic slices, tomatoes - diced.
Apple peel and cut into cubes.
Take sunflower oil "Oleyna", pour into the pan.
Fry onion in butter until transparent.
Put carrots, fry for a few minutes.
Add zucchini, pepper, garlic and fry-simmer 5 minutes.
Add dry white wine, salt and svezhemoloty a mixture of peppers. Stir and simmer 3 minutes.
Push the vegetables in the pan and in the middle put the pieces of fish. Simmer another 5 minutes with the lid closed.
Serve the stew at once hot, sprinkle with herbs (I dill). Bon appetit!
