Mini-muffins with raisins and chocolate
Recently bought silicone molds for baking mini muffins. Tested. Take report!

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Raisins

    2 handful

  • Dark chocolate

    1 piece

  • Topping pastry

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Break 3 eggs, add to them a Cup of sugar and vanilla sugar,

Whip the white.

Measure out 1 Cup of flour...

And sift through a sieve. Add the flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder. Flour and add to beaten eggs with the sugar and gently mix well.

Rinse the raisins with hot water, a little dry and stir it into the dough.

Then take the muffin tin, grease with cell vegetable oil, fill 2/3 of the dough and put in the oven at 200 degrees. I noticed the time. Bake exactly 25 minutes.

The finished cupcakes were extracted from the cells, removing just one motion each cell. They're flexible! So convenient! A miracle!

Then I melted the chocolate, poured a bit of water (about 1 table. spoon) and stir thoroughly until smooth. Each cupcake was dipped in chocolate and sprinkled with confectionery sprinkles.
