Cooking
Boiled chicken meat cut into cubes.
Mix the milk and water. Separate the yolk from the protein. Enter the yolk in a mixture of milk and water.
Sift the flour together with the salt through a sieve. Make a well in the middle and gradually add the mixture of water, milk, and egg yolks, stir the dough. Stirring, add to the dough 1 tablespoon vegetable oil.
Enter into the batter the chicken and corn. Season with pepper to taste.
Whisk egg whites in a dense foam and gently enter into the dough. Mix gently.
Fry in vegetable oil for the fritters until Golden brown.
If necessary, blot excess fat, put finished pancakes on a paper towel.
Pancakes are ready. Very tasty with sour cream. I used to only cook pancakes on yogurt. This recipe very much, the pancakes turn out lush, while in the test there is not an ounce of soda or yeast or even baking powder. Bon appetit!
