Indian burrito
Tasty, hearty and flavorful cakes with different fillings.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • Basil

    0.5 tsp

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Dill

  • Cheese

Mix together the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the cold milk and melted butter. Thoroughly knead the dough for 5 minutes (if necessary add more flour). The batter should be smooth and not stick to hands.

Roll the dough into a ball, flatten it slightly and divide into four equal parts.

To prepare the filling. Mix cream cheese and finely chopped dill.

Separately mix the tomato paste, Basil and bacon.

To form a pellet. To distribute the on the table the dough in the middle put the filling, to take the edges to make a ball and stretch it into the form of cakes.

You get two tortillas with each filling.
