Cooking
Mix together the sifted flour, baking powder, salt and sugar. Add the cold milk and melted butter. Thoroughly knead the dough for 5 minutes (if necessary add more flour). The batter should be smooth and not stick to hands.
Roll the dough into a ball, flatten it slightly and divide into four equal parts.
To prepare the filling. Mix cream cheese and finely chopped dill.
Separately mix the tomato paste, Basil and bacon.
To form a pellet. To distribute the on the table the dough in the middle put the filling, to take the edges to make a ball and stretch it into the form of cakes.
You get two tortillas with each filling.
The pan to heat for five minutes. Pour a little vegetable oil, reduce the heat and fry each tortilla on low heat under a lid for 5-6 minutes on each side.
It turned out incredibly delicious cakes.
I like stuffed with cheese and dill, and the children of tomato-baconboy filling (said to taste like pizza).
