Chicken gizzards is not an expensive product and very affordable, not everyone loves them. But here is a great option to try them in a new and very gentle form!

Cooking
Stomachs wash well, remove excess fat, and allow to dry.
Carrots, onions and celery chop arbitrarily. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Sauté the vegetables and add the thyme.
Then add natural sauce "wild cranberries" from Darbo and cream.
Simmer 5 minutes on medium heat.
Take a baking dish if it is too large, divide the sauce approximately in 2 parts, if like me, middle then three. Pour one third of sauce on bottom, then spread a layer of the stomach, then again the sauce and another layer stomachs. At the end pour the last layer of sauce. Each layer sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Cover form foil and bake 2 hours and 30 minutes. After raising the temperature to 200 degrees, remove the foil and bake for another 20 minutes. In this embodiment, the bellies are very tender, creamy and delicious!
