Beautiful and delicious smoothie bowl is a great option for Breakfast. This is the same option for a smoothie just poured into a plate and decorated with a nutritious topping. It is more dense, so using a straw to drink it will not work. For cooking this wonderful Breakfast will only need a blender and 5 minutes of your time!

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    0.333 cup

  • Yogurt

    150 ml

  • Raspberry

    200 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Pasta, peanut

    1 Tbsp

  • Garnet

    0.25 cup

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Raspberry

  • Garnet

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

In a blender add the cereal, yogurt, raspberries (if raspberries are frozen, not thawed), pomegranate seeds, peanut butter. Add honey to taste. I added 2 tbsp

Mix all ingredients in a blender until creamy.

Smoothie pour into deep plates. Add topping. A nice Breakfast!
