Description
One of the variants of Finnish pancakes in the oven, with baked Apple filling. The dough is prepared in water without the addition of milk, on fast-acting yeast, but without lifting. In its preparation there is a little secret that the pancakes were lush. Cooking them is very simple and not tedious, and the result is a great, hearty Breakfast or a flavorful, juicy treat!

Cooking
In the preparation of the recipe, I used a 200 gram Cup. In warm water to dissolve the sugar, vanilla sugar and yeast. Pour in vegetable oil.

Pour the flour and salt, beat on high speed for another 30-40 seconds.
Coat a baking sheet with sides with vegetable oil, pour the batter. I have a glass baking dish, size 35*25 cm
Prepare the filling: wash the apples, peel and grate on a coarse grater, add sugar, cinnamon, mix well. I used the Apple filling is ready, which was done as preparation for pies for the winter.
On the dough spread the Apple filling.
Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake at 200 degrees 25-30 minutes. Readiness check with a toothpick.
Ready pancake cut into squares directly from the pan. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or pour melted butter and honey.
