Sweet cheesecake
Delicious, lush vanilla cheesecake is good, both hot and cold. Tender, flavorful "cap" - baked stuffed creamy cream cheese with a piece of milk chocolate just melts in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    350 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Yeast

    25 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Flour

    5 cup

  • Cheese curd

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Chocolate milk

    60 g

In warm milk dissolve the yeast. Butter to melt.

Beat egg with sugar and vanillin.

To connect with prepared mixture, add the flour and salt. Knead the dough. The flour I measured 200-gram Cup. Pour in vegetable oil and good to put it in the dough. It should be soft, elastic and not stick to hands. Cover with a towel the dishes with the dough and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours to rise.

While the dough is rising, prepare the filling: put in a deep bowl of soft cream cheese, add vanilla sugar, egg, sugar and flour.

Make 12 dough balls.

Lay them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Make a depression in center of each ball with bottom of glass, previously dipped it in the flour. In each recess to put a piece of chocolate.

On top place the filling. Put the baking pan in the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
