Apricot cupcakes
Wonderful simple cakes. Me in these cupcakes conquered the cardamom. No, of course I used it before but not in such quantities-after all, the spice is very bright. I decided to take a chance and the result I liked. Try to cook, even cakes without cream are very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Brown sugar

    175 g

  • Butter

    115 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Dried apricots

    100 g

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Cardamom

    2 tsp

  • Milk

    80 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Powdered sugar

    100 g

  • Cheese

    300 g

Cooking

Dried apricots finely chop and cover with water for 20-30 minutes.

Butter room temperature vzbit with sugar cane. I use Demerara from the Mistral. One by one enter the eggs.

Add the flour, baking powder and ground cardamom. Cardamom in tandem with cane sugar gives the finished cake an interesting note. Stir, add the apricots without water and milk.

The form do not have to lay the paper cups, especially if it is silicone. Fill almost to the brim. The dough is just enough for 9 pieces. Bake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes to dry skewers.

Cream butter, room temperature, icing sugar and cheese (my homemade) from the refrigerator, beat for about five minutes. With a spoon or using a pastry bag decorate cakes. Brew tea and enjoy the result! Bon appetit!
