That pastry, I would say, from the category of quick meals. For Breakfast, for lunch, as a dessert, it will come in handy on your Desk.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Milk

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    20 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Salt

    0.25 tsp

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Proteins separated from the yolks. Beat egg whites in a solid foam.

Butter (20 gr.) melt, allow to cool to room temperature.

Beat egg yolks (3 PCs.), add to the yolks brown sugar "Demerara" TM "Mistral" (1/2 Cup)

The sugar and yolks until light cream color, add the melted butter, add 3/4 Cup milk.

Gradually add the whole batch of flour (1 Cup).

Batter knead until smooth.

Into the batter add the beaten egg whites. The dough again knead well.

The apples remove the core, slice the apples into rings with a width of 5-7 mm. Apple ring is immersed in the batter.

Fry the Apple rings in vegetable oil on both sides.

The dumplings put on a paper towel to remove excess oil.

Baking sheet covered with parchment. Spread Apple ring, sprinkle with sugar "Demerara" TM "Mistral" and send in a preheated t180-190C oven for 15-20 minutes.
