Pumpkin roasted with bacon, Basil and olives
There was a time when I didn't love pumpkin, I'm just her spirit didn't suffer even though he knew that it is very useful and it is a must. This recipe has forever changed my attitude to it.

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    600 g

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Bacon

    50 g

  • Basil

  • Capers

    1 Tbsp

  • Olives

    10 piece

  • Sundried tomatoes

    8 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Parmesan

  • Greens

  • Chili

Wash pumpkin, peel.

Cut into cubes, fry in olive oil until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with dried Basil.
