Cooking
Potatoes and peppers cut into strips.
Carrots and onions cut into small cubes.
On a baking tray, put the foil, grease foil with vegetable oil. The foil should be laid with one part of potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Top potatoes with carrots and onions.
Next layer the bell pepper.
Now again a layer of potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. From top to pour in vegetable oil.
Cover vegetables with foil and place in a preheated 180 degree oven. Bake 50 - 60 minutes. To check the readiness to lift the foil and try the potatoes.
