Waffles millet-potato
Breakfast for lovers of potatoes! Delicate crispy waffles with the taste of mashed potatoes and flavor of millet porridge.

Ingredients

  • Mashed potatoes

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Wheat flakes

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

Cooking

For the waffles I used left over from dinner, and fruit, dressed with butter and milk as usual. Millet cereal need pour boiling water level and let stand for 5 minutes.

Beat eggs with salt until foamy. Gradually adding the butter, beat the ground in a light emulsion.

At low speed of the mixer to mix the mashed potatoes, add sour cream and cereal, stir again. Gradually pour the sifted with the baking powder and the flour and knead thick dough, thicker radievogo.

Bake in hot waffle iron for thin wafers. The finished wafers are put on the bars to not lose hruskoci.

Serve the waffles are very tasty with salted fish – I fish – cut into thin slices, or with vegetable salad
