Cake
Spending time in a cafe, our youngest son likes to order different layered and mnogovekovoe coffee. Just a cappuccino or latte it is already uninteresting. Certainly so with syrup, or marshmallows, or even in mixture with chocolate. Well – young – take that. Sweet tooth and the gourmet! For him and baked this cake, to a simple home coffee was delicious!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Instant coffee

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Coffee natural

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Corn starch

    1 Tbsp

  • Cocoa powder

    1 tsp

  • Vanilla essence

    0.25 tsp

  • Soda

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Marshmallows

    1 handful

  • Cocoa beverage

Cooking

Beat the butter with the sugar white. Add the eggs one by one whisking well after each.

Add condensed coffee – if not - just mix condensed milk with instant coffee to taste. Sift the flour with the baking powder on low speed of mixer, stir in the oil mixture.

Add a couple tablespoons of organic coffee fine grind is best for brewing in a Cup. Stir in the dough.

Cottage cheese is a better major home texture – mixed with sugar, sour cream and starch with baking soda. Add a little cocoa for color and vanilla extract for flavor. Beat with a mixer in a homogeneous mass.
