Here are all our ingredients.
The starter I have taken directly from the refrigerator. See, the impression that it ferments (fermentation slowed), but to us at the time.
Flour, unbleached (organic), raw (I buy only organic flour).

Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 20 minutes, then I reduce to 150 degrees and bake another 30 minutes. Watch your oven.
