Pumpkin Parmentier with sea bass
I and my whole family are big fans of pumpkins, that I only wanted it nor prepared. Were cakes, pies, muffins, and meat in General, a lot of things. But this recipe was a revelation for me. This dish is my men ate in a matter of minutes. All for the recipe!!!

Ingredients

  • Pumpkin

    800 g

  • Sole

    600 g

  • Cream

    50 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

Cooking

Pumpkin peel and cut into slices.

Boil it in salted water for about 15 minutes. To drain the water. Blend the pumpkin with a blender, adding the cream and 1 tbsp of salted soy sauce Kikoman. Add the nutmeg. Cream may need more or less, see the consistency, puree should not be too liquid.

Onions and garlic peel and finely chop.

Fillets of sea bass (language) wash, dry well and cut into slices.

In skillet, heat olive oil and sauté the onions, garlic and fish for 3-4 minutes. Then pour 2 tbsp of salted soy sauce Kikoman and remove from heat. Salt and pepper to taste.
