Noodles with mushrooms and tomatoes
Simple and hearty dish in the post. Noodles, cooked in mushroom broth, sautéed with mushrooms, onions and tomatoes

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    20 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

    7 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Flour

    180 g

  • Water

    1100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

The cherry tomatoes cut in half, add soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir and leave to marinate

In a bowl pour the flour, make a deepening, pour in it of boiled water, vegetable oil. Knead the dough

Roll out the dough thickness of about 2-3 mm, cut into noodles

Rinsed after soaking, mushrooms put in a pot, cover with water and boil for 20 minutes. Then get a slotted spoon (the water does not pour!!!)

Put in a preheated pan with vegetable oil

Finely chop the onion and add to the mushrooms. Fry

In boiling broth pour in vegetable oil, quickly put the noodles, stir and cook for 7 minutes

Cooked noodles together with the broth (amount of liquid depends on how much gravy you want - more or less) put in the fried mushrooms with onions, add tomatoes together with the sauce. Stir and fry for 5 minutes
