Cheese-cheese casserole with cranberry jam
A casserole of cheese and two kinds of cheese in combination with a cranberry jam is a lovely Breakfast and a great start to the working day.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Dutch cheese

    80 g

  • Parmesan

    80 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Jam

    120 g

  • Butter

    1 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

  • Lemon juice

Cooking

Cheese mash with a fork, stir eggs (do not beat).

Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.

Mix the curd with grated cheese, eggs and flour. Put the cheese-cottage cheese mixture in greased with butter form.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake cheese-cheese casserole until Golden brown, about 20-25 minutes. The finished casserole to cool for 5-7 minutes, then gently remove from the molds.

Meanwhile, prepare lemon, cranberry jam (I used jam from TM "Maheev"), wash and dry the lettuce leaves.

Put the casserole on sprinkle lemon juice over the lettuce, sprinkle it cranberry jam and serve warm.
