Fish rolls with orange slices
Preparing and cooking this dish, you will spend just more than an hour and a minimum of product, and the result is a juicy, tender fish with a pleasant citrus aroma and a subtle hint of orange flavor!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    550 g

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Spices

  • Lettuce

  • Balsamic

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

Fillet of any fish (salmon, trout, pink salmon, sockeye salmon, chum salmon, pike... ) cut into long thin steaks.

Fold in a deep container, each layer of fish with salt and pepper. To remove the zest from the orange, sprinkle it on the fish. Peel 2 oranges, cut fillet. Do it over a plastic Board or plate to collect the orange juice. The remains fillerbunny squeeze the oranges, add 2 tbsp lemon juice, salt, pepper and pour this marinade on the fish. Cover the container with film or lid, remove in the cold for marinating for minimum 30 minutes.

Each fish strip lay slices of oranges throughout the length and turn the roll.

Stacked in the form, pour the remaining marinade and bake at T 200C for 20 minutes.
