Goulash with beans
Meat, beans and vegetables - a hearty, delicious, simple, brutal: for real men and for those who like beans. This dish can easily replace a complete meal, combining both the first and second. Give it a try - it's delicious.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    800 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Wine white semi-dry

    250 ml

  • Beans

    150 g

  • Green beans

    400 g

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Thyme

    1 coup

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Wash the meat, dry, cut as goulash.

Onions and garlic peel and chop.

Fry the meat in several passes until Golden brown with butter in it.

Paprika and tomato paste and cook until lightly browned.
