Cooking
Wash the meat, dry, cut as goulash.
Onions and garlic peel and chop.
Fry the meat in several passes until Golden brown with butter in it.

White beans cooked according to package instructions.

Potatoes wash, peel, cut into fairly large.
30 minutes before the end of extinguishing add the meat to the potatoes.
And 10 minutes before the end of extinguishing add the whole beans and thyme.
Season with paprika and lemon juice to taste.
