Cooking
Meat cut into medium-sized pieces. Fry in a pan on all sides, stirring occasionally.
Add the tomatoes in own juice with juice and 2 tooth. garlic.
Stir, bring to boil, reduce fire to the minimum and cover with lid. Simmer in its own juice and the tomatoes at least 1 - 1.5 hours. If the fluid in the whole process to boil away, then add a little water to stew the meat, not roasted. The beef is soft and melts in your mouth.
Cut the potatoes into cubes, add to meat, pour boiling water (1-1,5 l, depends on how thick you want the soup.) Salt.
While preparing potatoes, cook zazharku. Carrots cut into strips, onion cut finely, courgettes - diced.
Fry, stirring constantly, in vegetable oil about 5 minutes. Add the oregano (or other favorite spices)
When potatoes are ready, add the squash and sauté the Bay leaf.
Then finely chopped greens. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and let stand 15 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with allspice.
Thick, warming and extremely tasty soup is ready!
