A warming hearty meat soup with zucchini and tomatoes - a great treat in the cold weather and not only. Quite simple to prepare a thick soup is a great option for lunch and a quiet family dinner. Welcome to the table!

Ingredients

  • Beef

  • Tomatoes in own juice

  • Potatoes

  • Zucchini

  • Carrots

  • Onion

  • Garlic

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Water

    1.5 l

  • Bay leaf

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

Meat cut into medium-sized pieces. Fry in a pan on all sides, stirring occasionally.

Add the tomatoes in own juice with juice and 2 tooth. garlic.

Stir, bring to boil, reduce fire to the minimum and cover with lid. Simmer in its own juice and the tomatoes at least 1 - 1.5 hours. If the fluid in the whole process to boil away, then add a little water to stew the meat, not roasted. The beef is soft and melts in your mouth.
