Smoothies warmed up apples under the foam of the whipped protein mixed with applesauce, and sprinkled with oat flakes

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    3 tsp

  • Apple

    3 piece

  • Apple juice

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Honey

    3 tsp

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Vanilla sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

To measure 3 tsp of oatmeal TM"Mistral"

Fry on a heated dry frying pan (I fried in multivarka on mode"roasting") until Golden brown

Pour cereal back into the bowl and leave to cool

Apples clear from the skin and seeds, cut into thin slices. Put in a fireproof dish, sprinkle with lemon juice and water. Put in the microwave for 3 minutes at a power of 750 W

Apples ready to blend it using a blender

Add Apple juice and honey. Mix

Protein whisk until a stable foam

Then, continuing to whisk, gradually add the vanilla sugar and beat until strong peaks.2 tbsp applesauce add in the beaten egg white and gently, the back of a spoon, mix well.

The rest of the applesauce sort high glasses 2/3 of the height

Put the protein and Apple cider foam and a sprinkle of toasted oatmeal
