Pink blackcurrant pie
Very easy to prepare and very tasty cake. Its sweet-sour taste, pleasant color, aroma and texture of the crumb undoubtedly delight)

Ingredients

  • Flour

    375 g

  • Sugar

    200 g

  • Black currants

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Banana

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 pinch

Cooking

Currant+banana=beat with a mixer or in a blender (my blender was involved). If currants were frozen, it should be pre-thawed!

Add sugar+vanilla+butter+ egg+whisk again.

The flour+baking powder sift and add to berry weight. Carefully stir with a spoon, not a mixer.

Pour into a greased form (I have a size of 21 cm x 29 cm). Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 25-30 minutes until dry matches. Cool. If desired decorate with icing sugar.
