Red pie with spinach
I love savory pastries. Red pie with spinach is delicious! Spinach is a wonderful filling for pies. It can be mixed with tender meat, poultry, fish, especially red, vegetables, nuts. But the combination of spinach with cheese - absolutely perfect!!! Pie is so delicious that I want to try a slice, then another - and maybe more than one!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    380 g

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    6 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    40 g

  • Spinach

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Soy sauce

    10 ml

  • Coriander

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Sunflower seeds

    10 g

  • Cherry tomatoes

Cooking

Sift the flour.

Tomato paste dilute with water.

Tomato juice, pour it into a bowl. Add the vegetable oil.

Pour the sifted flour and knead the dough.

Put the dough on the work surface. Cover with a cloth. And let rest for 30 minutes.

Spinach (I had frozen) finely chop.
