Bean casserole with mushrooms and cheese
A delicious and hearty casserole, perfect for a family dinner. You can apply it as a warm salad, then, is the way it will look on a festive table! Casserole at first glance banal, but what it is delicious!

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

    50 g

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Allspice

  • Sour cream

    200 ml

  • Yogurt

    50 g

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Beans

    300 g

Cooking

Soak the beans at least hours 5. I at night usually. Cook until cooked.

Boil mushrooms in salted water. The water is drained. Oyster mushrooms cut into plates.

Cut onion in quarters and fry in vegetable oil.

When the onion is browned, put to it the mushrooms and fry a little more.

Blend the sour cream in a separate Cup.

Pour in sour cream, varenets, or yogurt.

Add sour cream to the seasoning and stir.

The mushrooms and onions put beans.

Add cream sauce and mix well.

Molds lightly greased with vegetable oil and spread bean salad, well distributing it on the form.

The three cheese grated (you can substitute another cheese, but, in my opinion, this dish is the best!) and sprinkle the top of casserole.

Bake in the oven at 180*C for approximately 15 minutes. Decorate with greens and eat!
