Healthy and tasty side dish for meat and fish. Nothing fried, not burdened with carbohydrate - low calorie, high benefit!

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    1 kg

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Tomato juice

    400 g

  • Olive oil

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Water

    100 g

In a pan pour oil.

A cauliflower to divide into inflorescences.

Cut the potatoes into slices, put in pan.

We do the same with tomatoes.

The next step - the onion and garlic.

Pour tomato juice, add water, salt, sugar, spices and put into the oven 180' for ~50 min.

The finished dish can be used as a side dish, or as a separate dish. Very well with the salty olives, feta cheese.
