Cooking
Parsley a good wash and dry. Separate the greens from the stems and finely chop.
Mix paprika and red chili pepper.
In a bowl sift the flour.
Milk (you can take 300 ml) to heat and dissolve yeast in it.
In flour pour in milk-yeast mixture. Add the softened butter, salt, sugar. Knead dense but soft dough. Knead the dough for at least 10 minutes.
The dough roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and leave for 30 minutes.
Then divide the dough into three equal parts. In one part add the greens, the second the paprika and Chile. The third part leave it as it is. To let the dough rise another 30 minutes.
Each portion of the dough roll into thick bundles (length - 25 cm).
Braid out plaits braid, securing (press) from both ends, so they stuck together and did not Raseinyai when baking. Leave for another 15 minutes.
