This recipe is absolutely a win-win – hearty and delicious. Empanadas - a dish which exists in different variations. Each family has its own loyal, delicious and proven recipe. Cooking
To make pancakes in a large bowl, pour the milk and eggs to drive. Add salt, sugar, turmeric, flour and sunflower oil "Oleyna".
Stir until smooth. To avoid lumps it is best to use a blender.
Bake like regular pancakes in a frying pan.
The pan pour 2 tbsp of sunflower oil "Oleyna", put cooked ground beef (onions and garlic, I crushed the stuffing). Pour 200 ml of water and put it to stew until the liquid evaporates. Stir the meat several times in the pan. When the liquid is partially evaporated, add salt to taste, red chilli, turmeric and tomato paste.
As the meat is ready add the chopped parsley.
Stir, keep on fire for another few minutes and the stuffing for the pancakes ready.
Ready stuffing put on pancakes. For each pancake approximately 2 tbsp of meat.
With each pancake to cut the ends to hold the knife diagonally and cut in half. From one pancake you get two small, pointed pancake. The prepared pancakes spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper. Each pancake grease tomato sauce or ketchup.
Hard cheese grate on a coarse grater and sprinkle on top of pancakes.
Bake pancake in oven for 7 minutes at a temperature of 180-200 degrees. Serve the pancakes hot.
