This recipe has been living in our family. Prepared many times and in the form of cake and pastries. And now decided to make cupcakes. Tender, moist, chocolate base and creamy strawberry cream wonderfully complement each other. And balsamic vinegar gives a special flavour. All very harmoniously and gently.

Cooking
1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Sift flour with cocoa, add sugar and soda, mix well.
2. Water to combine with oil and vinegar, pour into flour mixture, mix thoroughly with a spoon.
3. Put the dough in silicone molds, filling 2/3 and bake until dry kindling. Then gently remove from molds and cool. The dough is very delicate, so remove carefully.

5. Cook until the mixture slightly thickens. Cool completely. Spoon jam no berries to leave for decoration of cupcakes.

7. Each cupcake carefully with a teaspoon make a depression and fill with strawberry cream.
8. For the cheese cream beat butter with cheese.
9. Chocolate melt in a water bath, add to cheese mixture. Beat again and a little cool the cream in the fridge.
10. To isolate the cream with the nozzle on the cupcakes and pour over the jam.
