Cucumber bagels and yoghurt
Unusual for baking a combination of ingredients at first glance. But the taste of these bagels will make you happy! It is unusual, spicy and refreshing at the same time! In General, if you don't mind the time, try to bake them!

Ingredients

  • The juice of a freshly squeezed

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

  • Olive oil

  • Yeast

    7 g

  • Flour

  • Dill

    0.5 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Ready stuffing

  • Semolina

Bagels you can make with or without filling (as dough taste itself is very colorful). As toppings good cheese, greens, eggs, green onions, or just fried onions with mushrooms. I used the latter (onions and mushrooms) Put the filling on the widest part of the segment
