Cooking
For cooking pilaf'll need basmati rice MIX TM "Mistral".
Onions finely chop, carrots to RUB on average grater.
Onions lightly fry in vegetable oil, add the carrots and fry together with the onion, then add the rice, water and salt. Cover, bring to boil and simmer over low heat until the rice is tender.
With chicken breast fillet cut. Then fillet cut along not to the end, to reveal, to recapture and salt on both sides.
Pilaf ready to put on the edge of the chicken.
To connect with small skewers of chicken fillet edge.
I got 2 rolls. Vegetable oil mixed with curry and coat the rolls. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Prepared chicken rolls with rice pilaf cut into pieces. Ready!
