Here are the products we will need for the test. Pour into a bowl of 300ml of boiling water. Add salt, sugar and vanilla essence. Introduce the flour, carefully vymeshivaem. I took a mixture of wheat flour and flour, but you can use flour only the highest quality.
Add flour until the dough begins to come unstuck from hands. The finished dough wrap in cling film and put to rest in the fridge for 1-2 hours.

Each piece roll out the dough, put the filling and shape the dumplings or cakes in the shape that we like, cakes I create rectangles and dumplings a classic semi-circle. Part of the dumplings can be frozen for future use.
Dumplings can be cooked, like me, in the steamer for approximately 20-30 minutes or boil in salted water.
