Cooking
For rice pizza, I used parboiled long grain rice of TM "Mistral".
The tomatoes and half of the pepper finely chop, garlic skip through the press, greens finely chop and add to the mince, add salt, mix well. Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, covered.
Boil the rice until tender. Beat eggs until frothy, add a pinch of baking soda, and salt; mix well.
To connect rice and eggs, add the herbs, stir gently.
The pan pour a little oil, evenly spread the rice with eggs, cover with lid and bake on low heat for 5-7 minutes.
Next, the rice cake put the previously prepared stuffing with vegetables.
Sprinkle with grated cheese and herbs, cover with lid, leave on low heat to completely melt the cheese.
Cooked pizza to easily remove from the pan to the dish, I put the pizza in the glass form.
