Veggie burgers
In India a very common vegetarian dishes because many Indians don't eat meat for religious reasons. "Passamenterie" surprises with its diversity. Due to this, we can significantly expand our diet.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Chickpeas

    1 cup

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    0.5 tsp

  • Coriander

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Pre-soaked the chickpeas simmer for about 40 minutes. Lentils soaking is not required. Boil for 20 minutes. Drain the water. To cool down a bit.

Onions and garlic are clear. Mince with chickpeas and lentils. In the "stuffing" to add spice.

With your hands mix well.

In skillet, heat oil. Hands to form the burgers. Roll in flour. I used a pea, but can be wheat.

Fry both sides until Golden brown.

Serve hot. Well with a side dish of potatoes, fresh vegetables and various sauces.
