Pancake cake with cream and fruit filling
Easy to make dessert with a light and fresh taste.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 l

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Soft cheese

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    125 g

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Assorted berries

    500 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

Bake thin pancakes. I mix all the ingredients with a mixer, to avoid lumps, leave the batter to rest for a few minutes and cooked pancakes.

You can use your favorite recipe for pancakes.

Well, all the pancakes are ready, proceed to the cream. Again with a mixer, beat cheese, Mascarpone cheese, yogurt and honey. The consistency of the cream in the photo. Yogurt is better to take in accordance with the berries (fruits) that you use, and honey can use more if you like it sweeter.

Now the most tasty - berries. In honour of pancake day I decided to fork out and bought red currants, raspberries, strawberries, blueberries (frozen), kiwi. Of course, we can all take and to your taste.
