Dumplings-Nogliki
Potato dumplings with mushroom stuffing.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Boiled in their skins peel the potatoes, grate on a coarse grater.

Add the egg, flour, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Knead a soft dough.

Roll the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and cut into rectangles with sides of about 5x3 cm

Fry mushrooms together with onions in vegetable oil. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mushrooms cool slightly. Put the mushrooms and 1 tablespoon of the dough, roll the rolls, plastered edges.
