Pork shank with potatoes, baked

  • Mayonnaise

  • Mustard

  • Horseradish

Take the knuckle to scrape it off, soak in water, then boil for 2 hours in salted water, add peeled carrots, onion, pepper, sweet peas and Bay leaf. After cooking pork, remove, cool slightly, to make diamond-shaped slits. Garlic to clean, chop, prepare the sauce of mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard and horseradish, teaspoons to take with the top.
