Cooking
For cooking these pancakes, I used millet, TM "Mistral"

Now you need to grind cereal in a blender
In the crushed cereal, add the eggs, sugar and salt, mix well
Now add the flour and knead until smooth
Milk to dilute the batter to pancake consistency and in the end, add soda, slaked vinegar
Heat the pan, lightly grease it with oil (with a brush) before frying each pancake
Pour a small amount of dough into the pan, fry the pancakes on one side
