Horse mackerel in Japanese
A delicious fish recipe for a romantic dinner.

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    1 piece

  • Spinach

    250 g

  • Sour cream

    150 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon juice

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    3 Tbsp

  • Greens

  • Spices

  • Salt

Cooking

Fish wash, peel and cut across the carcass into large pieces-steaks.

Meanwhile, mix the spices with salt and RUB the slices of horse mackerel with this mixture.
