Tutmanik with apples and cinnamon
Tutmanik - this dish Bulgarian cuisine and the original recipe it is cooked with cheese. Cooks already represented here this wonderful cake in their options. I tried to bake it with sweet, fragrant, Apple --quince with cinnamon filling. My family liked to be, and you will have to taste. I dedicate this sweet gift Natasha (Natalia Ok)!

Ingredients

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 pack

  • Brown sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Flour

    700 g

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Quince

    1 piece

  • Brown sugar

    1 cup

  • Cinnamon

  • Butter

    150 g

In milk dissolve the yeast with sugar.

Then add the eggs, sour cream, baking soda, salt and flour. Knead the dough.

Leave it for 30 minutes to rise.

To prepare the filling. The apples and quince into cubes.

To cook the brown sugar. Butter to melt.

Divide the dough into three equal parts.

Each part roll out in rectangular layer, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with sugar.

On top arrange the apples with quince.

Sprinkle with ground cinnamon.

To roll the dough with the stuffing in the roll.

All three rolls to be cut into pieces of 4-5 cm and put upright in a baking pan greased with butter. Leave for proofing for 20 minutes. Then brush the top with egg.

Tutmanik bake in the oven preheated to 200 degrees, 30 minutes. Ready pie to wish, sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
