Description
Unmatched, delicious chocolate cake with apples, something like a brownie. A recipe from a Portuguese cookbook "Chocolate&am p;quot;.
Ingredients

175 g

Chicken egg

Cocoa powder
30 g

Leavening agent
10 g

Vanilla sugar

Cooking
Margarine beat until creamy, continuing to whisk, add sugar or powder, one at a time add eggs, cocoa (I added more than the recipe).
Apples peel and grate on a coarse grater.
To the apples add the flour and baking powder, mix well.
Mix both mass - chocolate and Apple.
Put in shape, covered with paper and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
For even more chocolately I covered the icing melt 100g chocolate with 100ml cream.
