Tartlets with banana cream
Thin tender dough with caramel and lemon cream and bananas. The recipe I want to dedicate Sveta (diana1616 )

Ingredients

  • Butter

    55 g

  • Brown sugar

    75 g

  • Chicken egg

    1.5 piece

  • Salt

  • Flour

    75 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1.5 tsp

  • Lemon peel

    0.333 tsp

  • Banana

    2 piece

  • Jam

    2 tsp

  • Chocolate milk

Cooking

Put in a bowl the softened butter, salt, egg yolk and flour

Add brown sugar TM"Mistral"

To fill the resulting cream hot cakes if they will rise to the bottom-don't worry, this could be, in any case! don't try to push it-can break the tartlet! Put back in oven and bake for 10-12 minutes (focus on your oven)until tender.

The finished tarts cool slightly, to release from the molds. Put on top of sliced bananas, which lubricate microwaved the jam, mixed with lemon juice
