Cooking
Prunes cut into strips.
Beets grate on a coarse grater and add to it chopped dill.
Mix in containers beets, dill, 1 egg, salt and pepper.
Whisk the eggs with milk, salt and pepper.
On a heated pan pour vegetable oil and put a flat layer of black bread.
On the bread spread the beet mixture.
Cover the beets with a layer of black bread.
Sprinkle the bread with cheese and pour the milk with the beaten eggs. Bake on low heat until evaporation of the liquid. You can fry with two sides, but then the cheese is put between the bread, not the top. I fried on one side.
The finished casserole to shift on a dish and decorate with tomato and dill!
